This Pass may be issued to a prospective visitor who is a foreigner upon satisfying the Immigration Officer that he/she wishes to the United Republic of Tanzania for the purpose of:-
- Spending holidays
- Travelling or
- Appearing before the court of law;
- Obtaining medical treatment or
- Any other sufficient reasons.
NOTE:
The validity of Visitors pass shall not exceed 90 days and not exceeding six months for citizens of the East African Community Member States. A holder of a Visitor’s Pass is not allowed to engage in any employment, trade, business or professional activity.
